Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion actor and model American actor. After gaining fame through his role on Road Trip he has since appeared in over 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 shows on television, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order as well as Law & Order. Qualls has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma around age 14, and has battled this disease since. In two years the cancer went into Remission. The treatment at an early age had an adverse effect on his body. This impeded his growth. Because he was a child of poor circumstances, he was determined to be financially secure. After living so modestly for a long time I need this level of financial safety. Otherwise the world seems beyond my reach. The man also recalls his childhood to motivate him. He is a victim of cruelty and is heartbreaking for him. The best role for DJ is that of a real father. However, he does admit that most directors do not choose him for these kinds of jobs. Someday he would love to have a child of his own and be able to spend much less time and energy to his profession and more time with his children.
